For decades, GM's Opel was a sales leader in the low country, but is now back on 5th. VW is currently ensconced on top spot, with Toyota in attendance in second position. Both Hyundai and Kia were strong movers for the year, as was Skoda. Sales rebounded from last year but are still rather ordinary.
